Sub-problem 3b: Operational Analysis of the Center Section of Krome Avenue (Class I or II Two-Lane Highway)
Step 1. Setup
In this sub-problem, we will replace the assumptions used in our planning analysis with field data for the center section of Krome Avenue. We will then be able to compare the HCM planning analysis to the operations analysis for this example, based on what is known about the assumptions made in the planning analysis verses the actual conditions along Krome Avenue.
