Sub-problem 3a: Weaving Segment A and B

Step 1. Setup

This sub-problem focuses on the six weaving sections in the Route 7/I-787 interchange. In Exhibit 4-39, they are at locations A, B, C, D, E, and between locations K and L. We’ll study each of these, to some degree. As you proceed through this sub-problem, think about:
